The Electric Face in a Frog Embryo

The major organs of the face in the developing frog, and it turns out other animals as well, are determined by the positions of specific bi electrical pre patterns. This electrical pre pattern is a scaffold for what's going to happen. So when you move these patterns the cells, the that pattern is a map that the cells use to know where to build stuff. And if the pen if the map is off, the cells will build is it as simple as you know this? We call this the electric face.
