In Mojo, if you declare a type and you use it, then it means it is going to be that type. It's unclear exactly the interpretation in a bunch of cases. Also the CPython implementation can't use them for performance. And because of that, you can't actually make something that works like the built-in types. So what Mojo does is it says, okay, well, we can have this notion of structs. These things mix and work beautifully together.
