Cognitive ergonomics is the notion of serving up information to a aircraft pilot in a way that helps the pilot orient and reduce the cognitive load. In general, we always try to say, let's boil this down to a basic human science question so that we can apply what we learn fairly broadly. So if I'm interested in how do I improve somebody's multitasking performance, that can be done in a generic way, right?
