The Fragmentation of Health Services
40 million people are affected by dibedes, but an additional 96 million people have what we call pre dibedes. In a three to five year period, 20 to 50 % of them will convert to having diabes. And the challenge is that diabedes actually requires much more consistency. It requires much more alignment of those incentives. And then thirdly, continuity of information. We've created these boundaries where our s, the teams, the leagues, they own the data,. citing proprietary issues, citing privacy.
