Are You a Reductionist or an Anti-Reductionist?
There's nothing in my argumentation that entirely blocks taking a reductive physicalist stance or a broadly epistemological stance on the appearances of structured reality. So I think it's of, you know, if not the first importance, certainly very important to accommodate the appearances at face value unless there's some problem with doing so. The main reasons for going reductionist or anti-realist are cited by proponents of that kind of view have to do with Cam's problem of causal overdetermination.
