How Can You Grow a Thick Skin When Commenting?

I think intention is so important but there's a lot of probably sick people out there who aren't well whose intention is to hurt and I think we need to look at how the media is at the moment. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook it's all still relatively new we don't really know the impact that these sites have had on our lives. It's only now we're kind of realizing oh actually we probably need to have a few more rules in place when it comes to controlling this. You came under the criticism recently for appearing on The Locker the British Army podcast and it was an episode about body positivity and you very eloquently responded to some of the criticism that was levied
