The Story of a TV Theme Song

In 1971, Harry Nielsen released an album entitled Nielsen Schmilsen. His biggest single came from a cover of a song by the British band Badfinger called Got to Give Up. The producers of Russian Doll played the song so many times that it pretty much destroyed their musical budget. It also limited the number of times Nadia could be reincarnated because Nielsen's estate said that the song could only be used so many times.
