How Did You Land on Science?

I grew up in a pretty homogeneously white neighborhood. I also was very book smart, which was not really a combination for a whole lot of social success. But it ended up working out really well when I went to a fantastic private all boys high school. Through that, I think I really got to explore things that I later on became very interested and I've ultimately made a career out of it.
