The Micro Shift Method
I started to work more regularly on my daily practices. There are two parts to the method, and one part we've now built into an app. If there's one common denominator I see that therapists or coaches work with this, this first therapist by welcoming you into a digital or physical room uses their presence to create regulation in your nervous system. Now we know this from thousands of years because that's what parents do for children. It's called, as we know, in therapy, affect regulation.
