The Pros and Cons of Legislating at the State Level

I think personally that we should have as much debate about our rights constantly all the time because that's the only way to defend them. If you want to convert people's minds about when life begins, it's more likely to be effective at the state level. I just feel like it makes the argument that any constitutional right can be can be legislated on in any state. And that's a dark, a dark thing. It's not even the Supreme Court said it goes to the States. It's that they said the Supreme Court shouldn't rule on it. Yeah. So the real issue goes to Congress. You're more likely to win people at the statelevel. But if it is
