Will India or Can India Become a Mediator Between the Two?

India's top diplomat Dr. Jashankar is going to visit Moscow on number eight. He will meet his counterpart, Mr. Lavrov and maybe some other important Russian leaders. We don't know if he will meet Mr. Putin. So the question now is, will India or can India become a mediator between the two sides?
