We Don't Make Mistakes When We Launch New Clients
Evernote has five products running on five platforms. One of the things we wanted to do was to converge the u x, so that if you learned every note on one device, you wouldn't have to re learn it on another device. There were going to be a lot of users who, when we launched the new clients, were going to say, what did you do? We could have communicated better about that concretely, what that really meant.
