Elon Musk, Chief Executive Officer of Tesla

Elon Musk tweeted that he is the CEO of three different companies, including Tesla. John Sutter says it's not implausible shareholders could sue him for breaching his fiduciary duty to maximize their stock price. The tweet was what I gather from someone being CEO of three separate companies is maybe CEOs don't do a whole lot,. He will have fallen some ranks when Forbes puts out its list of the richest people in the world.
