Pastoring at the University - What Is It Like?
When i was in the same role that you were in at the university, pastoring young people, we would have a lot of stories that come in about just people's experiences. And if you want to hear wild things that people have experienced at churches, be in a space where a lot of people from a lot of different churches are coming in. Don't always assume the grass is greener on the other side. There are things that i learne at the university that i am so grateful for now that i don't know i would have learned at a local church. Some of it is just its maturity. Takes time, and it takes experience. It takes different environments. You learn.
