Is There a Difference Between Sports Products and Solid Foods?
As the distance gets longer, or the time gets longer, you start a kind of switch from maybe some more engineer sports products to more solid food options. I've always found that that just helps kind tof easy the digestion a little bit and keep things moving in the right direction better than if you're just taking aim like purely liquid calories all the time.
