Introduction

Christiana is a costorican diplomat who, as ecutive secretary of the u.N. Frenwork convention an climate change, was a key architect of the 20 15 paris agreementet. She says there still is a gap between what governments have said they're going to do at cop 26 and how they will implement it. But she adds that we've definitely made progress in terms of limiting global warming to one point five degrees centigrade. Even a tenth of a degree makes a huge difference for quality of life on this planet.
