Buying a Property - Interest Rates
Allen says he's only concerned about interest rates if his strategy investing is to resell in the short term. He looks at rental rates of similar properties that i'm looking to buy and get a feel of what things are renting for. Allen: "If i put 20 down then i'm excited to buy this because i'm making five hundred dollars a month it's a very stable environment"
