In the past couple of years, I worked in an IoT software engineering company. We were building systems for municipalities to manage a lot of smart city things. And we had lots of MVPs that were hilariously simple, but they did the job. And we pushed that out to the early adopters. That was hard to find, but there were these people. Usually it was younger people. It's always interesting when it comes to bigger organizations,. Older people, or people that have been with an organization for long, might not be interested in doing these kinds of experiments.
