How Much Research Did You Have to Do to Understand Nonprofit Work?
Most of my knowledge came from my two co-founders who both came from the nonprofit world. I would say we probably had like over 100, you know, hundreds of conversations. And the goal was to talk to a diverse range of organizations so that we could see trends and understand things at a deeper level too.
