Is That What You're Trying to Tell Them About Your Cancer?
i feel like with most therapis, i haven't been able to get them on the same page as me. Do you find it more helpful for a therapist to say, i'm not actually trained in this, and i'm not quite sure how to help? Or does that kind of make you lose confidence? I would have no problem with it at all. And also, especially the first couple of times i saw her right after cancer diagnosis, i didn't expect her to know nthing, or fix anything, or do anything i just wanted a place to talk about it.
