How to Reduce Fatigue After a Hard Leg Day

I would look more like rather than the fatigue maybe look at the volume within that session to begin with. If you're doing 15 sets of legs then you know or of quads or something then yeah I think it would be worth probably considering splitting that up. It's not like do I leave it or split it like you said there's a lot of other options it's not like just either or think a good answer depends onYeah and I know in other podcaster forces we have an evolve we've mentioned the unnecessary like mental marrying to even having a leg day when it's like what if you can do two of those sets on your arm day that's three days before or some shit.
