The tweet basically said, there's going to be a collapse in the housing market driven by the fact that Airbnb rev-pars and demand are super down in a few key metro areas. So besides the tweet and the heat, what else was going on at the conference? I would say there was more theme around resiliency and specifically a lot of discussion about luxury and luxury to some extent being more insulated from things like inflationary pressures. There was an interesting panel talking about opportunities to maximize revenue through things like early check-ins, late check-outs,. extending stays if you don't have a booking for right after the end of an existing reservation.
