If you've got 50 hours in you it makes the most sense to me to spend those 50 hours on in the highest and best way that you can. At a certain point your brain just conks out and can't do any more effective work, and you need to go sleep,. or exercise, or du yoga, or hang out with your family, or even just lay on your bed and stare at the ceiling.
