The Importance of a Sane Prosecutor
The usual rule in these cases when you do things like this is if you know that somebody's engaged in activity which has to be regarded as threatening, what you do is give the benefit of the doubt. Nobody in their right mind would think that he was going after this guy or gunning for him in some particular way. And so I think in the end what people would say it was regrettable. He does not believe that he will be convicted in New York.
