The 30 day challenge is to meditate on your emotional state for the month of May. Write and just sit in silences timer for five minutes, write down any ideas that come into your head. Take a 30 minute mindfulness walk every day outside at eight 30 a m while being totally present to the beauty of nature. Reading books on happiness and gratitude with the help of affirmations. And then scribing three things that i'm deeply loving by katyroning them each day.
