How to Recategorize an Email on the Mac OS

On the iOS app, it is night marriage to recategorize an email. The way these are implemented on both platforms, visually very different but on both of them really confusing. So you have to do this really weird, like, work around to get it to be able to actually rec categorizing an email. Like all of the stuff, you can just use it like on the iOS and iPad OS or the Mac is just like, this is just old school way, but you still got it like it's, you can't archive anymore.
