Megan Crawford has been a career coach since 2015; she worked in recruiting for 12 years. She was also an adjunct professor at Drexel University, specializing in career planning.

Should you stay or should you go? If you're so stressed you feel like you can't function normally, or you feel completely misaligned with your work, or you're no longer able to have a social life, or maybe all the above... something does have to change! However, you actually have more options than simply staying or quitting.
