I don't think it will probably be at that level. Single families are putting more down payment, and their financially more secure in o six or whatever. So i'd say, i'm starting to see houses sit longer. It's going to lead to to price cuts. The inventory is low, though, so that'll you know, help also to soften the blow. But definite, mortgage payments have doubled.
