The vice president is lying about whether he had any conversations with a Chinese businessman, CNN's John Defterios says. The former White House chief of staff said Biden should not have been allowed to make the phone call because it was his son and they spend a lot of time together. "You never take a phone call that you know is going to put you in a bad position," Defterios added.
