I think there's been a complacency, because i haven't seen labor be strong for 50 years. But in america and this country, the rate of union formation is as strong as it's been for50 years. I think you believe that even if some of the supply side constraints ease, you're starting to see at unionization, labor, and maybe labor information won't ease as much as people expect. So thats sort of gives you a markep about how times change and how one thing leads to another. On the sociology of labour, i'm not really sure how it will evolve but it would seem to me that is just starting. And what piece of advice would
