How to Talk to People Who Need Resilience
I try to impart early on that you can't control everything when it comes to dealing with nature. You kind of have to be willing, I want to work with people who are willing to look at it as a long haul. People who want immediate results right away, I'll definitely offer suggestions and things. Those people are a little bit harder to work with because, you know, nature moves at its own pace. And we just kind ofhave to observe and interact appropriately with it.
