Lik at been training my butt off since i was basely 13, without taking too much of a break. And as i've kind of gone along, there's been two areas that have really been impactful for me. One has been using the breath to expand different parts of the ribs and thorax and torso. The second that's really been powerful for me, men, both have, but has been breathing as a recovery tool.
