Drug Addiction, Fentinel, the Opioid Crisis

In 20 14, i would say, it became political. And right around that time too, sometime around that time as well, it started showing up as a social crisis. So the drug addiction, fentinel, the opioid crisis is just some mystery. Are we doing this to ourselves? If we don't have any sort of those numbers, as we started talking about, it really does seem like the world is just falling apart for reasons we can't put our hands on.
