Machine Learning and the Fraud Problem

Stripe radar is a system that uses machine learning to identify fraudulent payments. It works by looking at the characteristics of each payment and then deciding whether or not it should be allowed on the credit card network. The label for fraud comes from an end customer who may review their statement once a month, but if they see something suspicious you call up your bank like stripe radar does.
