In orthodantics, historically, a good finish was very much judged by how the two models sat together. Just because the teeth fit together doesn't mean that's a healthy patient. And so its lips, its joints, its tongue, its nasal breathing and then of course posture as well. When we understand how the system can work in harmony, that's when we can start to rehabilitate a patient.
