The Perez Penalty in Singapore?
The FIA made an instant decision and we applied it. Brilliant. You should be able to throw it in. They accept that unlike Singapore where they had hours to figure out the Perez penalty during the race. This occurred about a second and a half before the whole race was over. It makes complete sense for Stappen crossed the line. It went to zero. So you had to do nearly a whole lap minus one second and then complete the lap after that. The penalty doesn't exist but Verstappen is definitely still going to win, but he hasn't technically gone over the line yet. Chris Stevens: "You wait till next season, Ghazli will crush him"
