Triathlon Podcast - Is There a Potential Range for Beginners?
i don't want people to underestimate the potential range that we're talking about here. i've seen friends start with 30 seconds of running and a few minutes of walking and that was actually too much for their body. Some people found one minute of running two minutes of walking very easy but you do have to try and be really really stick about where you're at. I am super conservative in trying to make sure that people are in it for a long game. If you haven't heard this philosophy from me you haven't been here listening very well I get a little bit frustrated when i get a an email or a phone call saying i've got this event in six weeks can you help
