The Role of Retoxymab in the Treatment of IgM
When you have an IgM patient who's having funny stuff, a dema protonuria, shortness of breath, with a normal hemoglobin, the possibility that this is amyloid can sneak in. And those patients with IgM, they don't always have really high light chains, like the normal amyloids,. With the IgM's, it can be 30, 40, 50 milligrams per liter. So you just have to think about it. But sometimes we can even see like, as you know, in patients with Waldenstrom flown in the bone marrow.
