This myth of independence that all homeschoolers cherish is just that. It's a myth. We don't value what they're learning independently half the time because we don't even know it's happening. They need collaboration in places where their maturity and independence are not yet ready to take on whatever challenge is in front of them. Help helps. When are you enabling and over helping?
