You Don't Want the Company You Work for to Succeed
I think it's important to believe in the division, at least. If like the entire 400 person company isn't going in the right direction, then I would totally leave. Like if you can trust your team and your company is delivering, it's a little bit harder to get burnt out because of that. And being able to like, I like it when a company has a CEO that you can actually talk to. You know what I mean?
