The danger of focusing on take action at the end is people can just make it an action oriented process and they forget to actually feel their feelings. I spend a lot of time clarifying the sentences of what someone's feeling before I look for a core feeling. The steps is notice. You're activated experience your body as you're experiencing it find differentiation. Do you let differentiation express which is saying out loud or cry. Am I moving in the right direction or do I need to move in a different direction? And then test for residents to do it enough times until you feel a sense of resolve.
