Broccoli in a Griddle Pan
I got into my own style of broccoli. I did it in a pan. So it's Panna brok. Another heavy pan on top of the brok. And then just hit that for like three minutes. You do need a good griddle pan, don't you? That's the job I'm cooking. Matt Tebbert told me how to do it. Who? The host of Saturday Kitchen. Oh, yeah. Long stem broccoli. Down in the pan. But for roast, for me, I don't want long stem. No, I want the short stubby trees. Carrots and brok. Just boiled nicely. Kept their shape. Good work.
