Tented City - How Do You Get There?

These are EU citizens for the most part They're entirely legally entitled to be living and working here How do they end up there living in a Tented City, as you describe? You know, 10, 11 kilometres from the city centre, how does this happen? Well, what they told me, I mean, the individual stories.
