Is Moral Relativivism Really an Accurate Picture of Morality?

Is moral relativism actually an accurate picture of the nature of morality? I argue no it's not true. The reason is that it doesn't do justice to the fact of disagreement and conflict. In serious cases moral disagreement can lead to war obviously. So the practical importance of thinking about ethics should be defended on pragmatic grounds.
