What Kind of Percentage Would You Guys Be Looking to Purchase for a Major Investment?

We don't have a hard and fast rule there, but for a major investment or if we leave in investment, so meaning if we work with the founder to draft the terms and the documents, then that will mean that we're purchasing 5% or more of that company's equity. We would want to see it's typical in a very early round. So let's say seed or pre-seed or maybe series A that you'll sell somewhere in each round that you'll selling somewhere between 15 and 25% of your equity. And we like to see it 20% or less.
