The Rise and Fall of Sex Trafficking

In Fairbanks, Alaska, someone thought it was a great idea to build the local correctional center, the town jail, and the outdoor youth soccer fields directly next to each other. One random summer evening in the early aughts, when she was maybe nine or 10, my soccer team was one of the last ones at the complex playing that night. A man comes running onto our field, being chased by multiple cops on foot, followed by cop cars flying onto the grass, lights and sirens of blaze. This man was then tackled and handcuffed right on our field in the middle of our soccer game. I don't know how people knew this or if it was just our parents' assumptions
