How to Scale a Real Estate Business
If you don't have some sort of infrastructure for your business, it's going to be really tough to scale past a couple of deals a month. I think another thing that we haven't really talked about is partners. You can't have two people who are both the phone people Right. Or both the deal junkie type person. Where they're not going to do the follow through. But I think in this kind of business, as the girls, our daughters, our dogs have learned is this kind of model works well with partnerships. As long as it's outside of the scope of real estate, but that clear business agreement beforehand.
