The Black Hole Metaphor: The US National Debt

In terms of the black hole metaphor here, I think of the US national debt as a black hole. Funnily enough, I also think of Bitcoin as a black Hole on the world's balance sheet. Those are the same metaphor in two different directions. In fact, when you put the US national Debt on a chart where we go further and further in the red going down, it sure starts to look like a black hole too. It has an incredible growth over the last 50 years in particular have accelerated in a parabolic way.
