Ikman's Argument Isn't About Collective Guilt

Ikman's excuse is that everyone was doing it. It was the norms and legalities of the society were such that, within that context, i was doing the right thing. So this reminds me little of bit of james but whatever we think of determinism, psychological and social determinism, for our actions, if we really want to maintain the concept of justice, we have to at the very least put that aside.
