The Impact of Office Conversions on Tax Revenue

There is no tax tool geared for the private sector for conversion of mixed income housing. There are tools in place through the city and state that are really geared for 100% affordable projects or supportive housing projects. So you think that would make a difference if there was something like that available. Why not in New York do you think? Why not till now?
